According to Article 133 of the Rules of the Zagreb Stock Exchange, Dalekovod d.d. hereby announces that a meeting of the Company's Supervisory Board will be held on July 22, 2022, at which the consolidated and non-consolidated unaudited financial statements of the Company for the first half of 2022 will be considered.

Dalekovod, d.d. (hereinafter: the Company), informs the public that on July 8, 2022, it received the ruling of the Commercial Court in Zagreb, which determines the deletion of the status "approved pre-bankruptcy settlement"

Dalekovod d.d. informs the public that the company's Supervisory Board held the constituent session, at which Mr. Gordan Kolak, representative of shareholder Napredna Energetska Rješenja d.o.o., was appointed Chairman of the Supervisory Board. Mr. Josip Jurčević was appointed Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board.
The Supervisory Board also decided on changes in the company's Management Board, which will take effect on April 1, 2022.
