According to Article 133 of the Zagreb Stock Exchange Rules, Dalekovod d.d. hereby announces that a meeting of the Company's Supervisory Board was held on 30 October 2024, at which the Supervisory Board considered the consolidated and non-consolidated unaudited financial statements of the Company for the third quarter of 2024.

Company Tennet, the German transmission system operator, has awarded Dalekovod JSC a contract for the Landesbergen – Borken project, which involves the comprehensive renovation of the 380/220/110-kV transmission line, divided into several phases. Dalekovod has been assigned part D of the project, which covers the section from the Berghausen substation to the Borken substation, spanning 30 km.
