Following on earlier announcements from August 17, 2021, to February 14, 2022, on the subject of a lawsuit by minority shareholders to refute the decisions of the General Assembly of Dalekovod, d.d. (hereinafter: Company) held on June 30, 2021. , the public is hereby informed that the Commercial Court in Zagreb rejected in its first-instance verdicts the plaintiff's claims in the court proceedings under business numbers P-1277/2021 and P-1296/2021 with the obligation to compensate the Company as the defendant for litigation costs.
