Following the publication of December 21, 2018, regarding the initiation of a lawsuit that is being conducted before the Commercial Court in Zagreb under business number P-2053/2018 against the Ministry of Finance/Republic of Croatia for the payment of the Company's claim for EUR 6,636,140.42 ( 50,000,000.00 HRK), the Company hereby informs the public that the Commercial Court on 06.11.2023 issued a judgment rejecting the Company's claim for payment of the specified amount.
The Company will file an appropriate legal remedy against the judgment mentioned above within the statutory deadline.

Norwegian Statnett, electricity transmission company, after the evaluation process, sent a notification about the selection of the offer and the intention to sign the contract with the company Dalekovod d.d. according to the tender criteria for the construction of a new 420 kV transmission line on the section Skaidi – Hyggevatn with a total length of 54 km.
