Our success and recognition in Croatia and abroad can be attributed, among other things, to our employees, who are our greatest asset. Almost 1,000 employees are building successful careers within the Dalekovod Group, which includes work in the field, in manufacturing, and as support in all business processes in areas such as legal affairs, sales, procurement, transport and logistics, marketing...


The health and safety of our employees are the focus of our activities, and we pay a lot of attention in this segment, constantly improving safety procedures, and carrying out activities aimed at improving the physical and mental health of employees. We listen to the wishes and needs of our employees in order to increase their satisfaction with the work they do and create a positive working environment.


We invest in education and training, and the professional development of our employees, providing them with various types of additional training and further education. Through an internal, well-developed mentoring process, we train generations of fitters and other professions for which formal education is lacking within the school system, applying an individual approach depending on the level of acquired knowledge. After the mentoring cycle, the worker is able to independently perform both regular and extraordinary tasks.

Code of Conduct


This code was issued for the purpose of promoting the corporate culture of Dalekovod group that encourages conduct in compliance with the company’s fundamental values.
The Code provides the ethical rules to be complied with and the ethical requirements to be met by all persons to whom this Code applies. In addition, the Code clarifies ethical concerns that all stakeholders, in particular the employees, may encounter on a daily basis, as well as any violations they may commit in case they make an inappropriate decision.


Each stakeholder is expected to familiarize himself with the contents of the Code, to be aware of his obligations, and to act in accordance with the fundamental values and ethical rules of Dalekovod Group because the conduct and actions of each one of us affect our collective reputation.
By this Code of Conduct, we enhance our fundamental values, define our expectations for each stakeholder and provide our employees with guidelines for performing their activities, treating our investors, suppliers and other business partners, justifying our shareholders’ trust, and for treating each other.
