We have extensive experience and knowledge in supervision, construction and commissioning of power lines in various climatic conditions and difficult terrain, significant references and experience in the construction of substations and road and railway infrastructure, and extensive international experience in Scandinavia, Iceland, Greenland, Western and Eastern Europe, Ukraine and Kazakhstan. We build and install transmission lines of all voltage levels (10, 20, 35, 110, 220, 400 kV to 1000 kV).
Poles can be manufactured with appropriate additional equipment for overhead and cable branches, transition from overhead to cable transmission lines with installation of line disconnectors and disconnector switches, remote control devices, etc. We produce different types of poles with regard to the following:
Selected cross-section and rope tension (conductors and protective rope)
Climatic conditions (wind 600-1300 N/m2)
Additional load factor (1.0-4.0)
Route deflection angle
Attests for poles are issued based on trial testing for a specific group of poles

The materials, shape, cross-section and type of anticorrosive protection are chosen on the basis of the required electrical and mechanical characteristics of the jointing equipment and its reliability in exploitation in relation to the planned lifetime, electrical and mechanical exertion, impact by the surroundings and atmospheric conditions, i.e., rain, snow, ice, aggressive gases, salt, UV radiation and other effects.

CONTACT NETWORKS

We are specialized in the design, construction, manufacturing and installation of contact network equipment for the electrification of new railway lines and replacement of equipment during maintenance of existing contact networks. Contact network equipment is designed in compliance with the recommendations and standards from the developed European countries.

Dalekovod has specially developed contact network equipment for the electrification of single-phase 25kV 50Hz systems for railway lines.



LIGHTING AND REFLECTOR PYLONS

We have developed the manufacture of lighting pylons types SRS, KORS and CRS as well as reflecting pylons type SUN and DARESTI. On the basis of long-standing experience and the necessary technical requirements, we have created typified pylons based on their technical characteristics and purposes. When designing public lighting, especially in lighting of larger buildings, our employees are prepared to assist you in determining the type of pylon that will best suit your needs. Besides manufacturing lighting and reflector pylons, we also offer you our services in designing public lighting, delivery of equipment, implementation of complete works, and engineering for lighting of all buildings.

ANTENNA PYLONS

We design, manufacture, install and construct antenna pylons and foundations according to the European standards, using quality materials of normal or increased strength. Steel antenna pylons of various shapes and heights, are designed to support antenna systems for radio, television, mobile telephony, radar, etc. The pylons are shaped and dimensioned in order to support a larger number of various types and sizes of antennas in all climatic conditions.


Standard pylon equipment includes:
Ladder with a rear barrier or safety rope,
Working and resting platform (with or without barrier),
Cable support,
Antenna signal lighting support,
Connections for grounding, etc.
Steel lattice and pipe structures for pylons (with or without anchoring) are directly mounted into concrete foundations or with the aid of anchor bolts. All pylons are protected from corrosion using hot-dip galvanization. Upon request by the client, the pylons are additionally protected by long-term high-quality lubricants, as prescribed by signal colours, in compliance with air
