August 27, 2013 – In today's session, the Constitutional Court passed a Decision by which it revoked the decision of the Commercial Court in Zagreb no. 66. Stpn-7/13 dated July 22, 2013 on discontinuance of the procedure held under case file no. Stpn-7/13 (Dalekovod d.d.) and ordered immediate continuance of the same.

Ukraine, August 20, 2013 – With the ceremonial opening of the reconstructed 330/110 kV Transformation Station Bar, Dalekovod successfully completed yet another project in Ukraine.

The web-portal www.poslovni.hr recently published an article by Suzana Varošanec with the title „A 100 Million Kuna Contract“ which states that „Dalekovod and Hidroelektra have signed an annex to the contract in the amount of 100 million HRK for the equipment of tunnels on the section Račva-Ploče of the A1 motorway“.

Please find enclosed the official letter of the company Konsolidator d.o.o. to the Association Dalekovodaš and small shareholders as the reply to the questions asked on 12 July 2013 regarding the General Assembly of the company Dalekovod d.d. Zagreb and the interpretation of individual proposals of decisions from the agenda of the General Assembly to be held on 22 July 2013.

Dalekovod d.d. received on July 17, 2013 a memo from Konsolidator d.o.o. which extends the validity period of the binding bid to recapitalize Dalekovod d.d. from July 31, 2013 to August 31, 2013.
