Two major contracts signed in Norway

Norwegian Statnett, a renowned transmission system operator, and Dalekovod j.s.c. signed in Oslo contracts for the construction of 420 kV transmission line Namsos – Hofstad – Åfjord and 420 kV transmission line Snilldal – Surna of total length of almost 200km.

Registration of own shares acquisition

Pursuant to Article 430, paragraph 1 of the Capital Market Act, Dalekovod j.s.c. headquartered in Zagreb, Marijana Čavića 4, informs the public about its acquisition of 3,973 own shares in total, which is 0.00019% of the Company’s share capital. After this acquisition, the total number of treasury shares is 56,637, which is 0.0023% of the Company’s share capital. The acquisition of shares was done on 23 May 2016. The price per share for 984 shares was HRK 12.29 and for 2989 shares HRK 12.30.

The price per share was HRK 12.00.

Dalekovod to sign new major contracts in Norway

Norwegian Statnett, a renowned transmission system operator, announced that it plans to award to Dalekovod j.s.c. contracts for the construction of 420 kV transmission line Namsos – Hofstad – Åfjord and 420 kV transmission line Snilldal – Surna of total length of almost 200km.

Dugo Selo - Križevci Contract Signed

Zagreb, April 29th, 2016 – The Croatian consortium consisting of DIV d.o.o., Zagreb-Montaža d.o.o and Dalekovod d.d. and the contract owner HŽ Infrastruktura today officially signed off on the contract for the Dugo Selo – Križevci railway section upgrade and construction of the second track. The contract, including construction and site supervision, is worth one billion and 254 million Croatian kunas, with 85 percent of financing being provided under EU funding programmes and 15 percent publicly funded.
