Dalekovod d.d. redeemed the accrued principal and interest of the security labelled DLKV-O-302E and DLKV-O-302A

Dalekovod d.d. hereby confirms having sold its 44.65% share in Unidal d.o.o. Vinkovci, to Unior d.d. Zreče, Slovenia.

In accordance with the Statute and the Rules of Procedure of the Supervisory Board, and in line with the principle of good corporate governance, Dalekovod jsc reports that the meetings of the Supervisory Board of Dalekovod jsc in 2018 will take place according to the following schedule:
