According to Article 473 of the Capital Market Act, the issuer Dalekovod, d.d. ("Issuer") announces that the Commercial Court in Zagreb has issued the Decision Tt-22/2745-2 from day 21 January 2022, which entered the increase of the Issuer's share capital in the Court Register of the Commercial Court in Zagreb and corresponding amendments to the Issuer's Articles of Association by the decision of the General Assembly of the Issuer on the share capital increase of 30 June 2021.

According to Article 133 of the Rules of the Zagreb Stock Exchange, Dalekovod d.d. hereby announces that a meeting of the Company's Supervisory Board will be held on January 21, 2022, at which the business plan for 2022 will be analyzed.

Dalekovod, d.d. with its registered office in Zagreb, Ulica Marijana Čavića 4, OIB: 47911242222 ("Company") informs the public that based on the decision of the Commercial Court in Zagreb Tt-22/974-2 from 19 January 2022, the Court Register of the Commercial Court in Zagreb registered the decision to increase the share capital of the Company made at the General Assembly of the Company on 30 June 2021 (decision made under item 13).
