The agreement to construct the transmission line was signed in 2014, and the consensual termination of the agreement in question was signed after an in-depth analysis. Following the analysis, both parties concluded that unstable outside factors, independent of the contractual parties, led to a situation which caused exacerbating conditions impacting the realization of the agreement and the implementation of the investment within the targeted time period and budget agreed upon in 2014.
