On 15 March 2013, the Settlement Council reached its Conclusion to Extend the Due Date for Providing a Modified Financial Restructuring Plan for Dalekovod d.d.

At today’s court hearing related to the Administrative proceedings for the company Dalekovod d.d., the Settlement Council accepted proposals of the majority of creditors for the preparation of a new plan of their claims settling, and gave them the period of 15 days for its submission.

In 2012 Dalekovod d.d. realized income of HRK 887.8 million and declared net loss of the period of HRK 383.1 million. For the same period Dalekovod Group realized income of HRK 1.255 million and declared loss of HRK 350,084 million. The Group’s total financial debt reduced for HRK 67 million in relation to the previous period.

An Examination Hearing was held yesterday in the Administrative settlement proceedings to determine creditor claims against Dalekovod d.d. under the Financial Operations and Administrative Settlement Act.

The 2x110 kV Beričevo-Trbovlje transmission line was formally opened for the investor Elektro Slovenija d.o.o., Slovenia’s transmission system operator. The contractor chosen for the project was a consortium of Elektro Servisi d.d. and Dalekovod d.d. and the contract was worth just over 7 million euros.
