Dalekovod d.d. informs the public that it has received notification of Mr. Josip Lasić's resignation from the position of member and deputy president of the Company's Supervisory Board. The resignation will take effect on December 31, 2024.

According to Article 133 of the Zagreb Stock Exchange Rules, Dalekovod d.d. hereby announces that a meeting of the Company's Supervisory Board was held on 30 October 2024, at which the Supervisory Board considered the consolidated and non-consolidated unaudited financial statements of the Company for the third quarter of 2024.
